Description
For that finger-licking “Highway Style” taste, use 40g of Masalay Wala Karahi Masala for 1 kg of Meat.
Ingredients:

Meat: 1 kg (Small pieces)

Masalay Wala Karahi Masala: 40g

Tomatoes: 500g (Cut in halves)

Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 tablespoons

Ginger Julienne & Green Chilies: For garnish

Oil/Ghee: 1 cup
Quick Steps:

Searing the Meat: Heat oil/ghee in a Karahi. Add meat and ginger-garlic paste. Fry on high heat until the meat changes color.

The Tomatoes: Place tomato halves (skin side up) on top of the meat. Cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes until tomatoes soften. Remove the skins with tongs.

The Masala: Add 40g Masalay Wala Karahi Masala. Mash the tomatoes into the gravy and stir-fry (Bhunai) on high heat until the oil separates and the gravy thickens.

Finishing Touch: Add thick-cut green chilies and fresh ginger julienne. Simmer for 2 minutes.
