The Ultimate Karachi Biryani Guide
For a legendary, aromatic Biryani, use 50g of Masalay Wala Biryani Masala for 1 kg of Meat (Chicken, Mutton, or Beef) and 1 kg of Basmati Rice.
Ingredients:

Meat: 1 kg

Rice: 1 kg (soaked for 30 mins)

Masalay Wala Biryani Masala: 50g

Yogurt: 1 cup

Onions: 3 large (sliced & fried golden)

Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 tablespoons

Oil: 1 cup
Quick Preparation:

The Masala Base: Sauté ginger-garlic paste in oil, add meat and 50g of Masalay Wala Biryani Masala. Stir in the yogurt and fried onions. Cook until meat is tender and oil separates.

The Rice: Boil rice with salt until 80% cooked (one string left).

The Dum: Layer the cooked meat and boiled rice. Top with fresh mint, coriander, and yellow food color. Cover tightly and let it Dum on low heat for 15 minutes.
