Our Dahi Bhalla Masala is a finishing spice designed to elevate your yogurt-based snacks. It is a perfectly balanced blend of roasted cumin, black salt, and chilies.
How to Use:

Preparation: Prepare your Bhallas (lentil dumplings) and soak them in water until soft.

The Yogurt: Whisk 500g of fresh yogurt with a little sugar and salt until smooth. Add your soaked Bhallas and boiled potatoes/chickpeas.

The Magic Sprinkle: Generously sprinkle 1 to 2 tablespoons (approx. 15g-20g) of Masalay Wala Dahi Bhalla Masala over the top.

The Garnish: Top with tamarind (Imli) chutney, fresh mint, and sev for the ultimate street-food experience.
